Best Test Management Tools for Smaller Projects

3 Best Tools - How I Picked them and Why
The search was not easy as I was open to pretty much any test management software there is. Big names like JIRA and Azure Dev Ops are also great choices but I was looking for something that can provide API for automation and can be set up for free within 15 minutes.
Having said that I have checked also test management tools for JIRA and made a comparison matrix.

The Winners
To be quick and simple: In my opinion, considering the above requirements, the best test management tool are:
- Qase
- Tuskr
- Testiny
I chose those in order to actually test them. It wouldn't be able with all of the above as I don't have time. Having said that remember that this is not paid by any of the mentioned companies review for my needs only. Your project might be different and have different requirements.

The advantages:
- Has API integration and plugins for E2E frameworks, I have tested it with Selenium
- The owners reply quickly on github - great maintanance
- 3 people can be part of a free team, great for startups
